Updates from your local Safer Neighbourhoods Team

Dear all,

Officers have had a busy but effective set of shifts this week.

We conducted multiple stop and searches as well as patrols in hotspot areas known for drug use and dealing.

Officers have seized Class A and B drugs and taken them out of harms way.

We’ve made several referrals to the charity Streetlink which helps support homeless individuals.

A Community Protection Notice was issued to someone committing antisocial behaviour (ASB) in the E15 area as well as numerous ASB warnings.

An arrest was also made for someone who was in breach of their Community Protection Notice.

We held a "coffee with a copper" session at the Wild Goose bakery on Station Road E7 where we engaged with local residents, offering advice and support.
